Sh. P Suresh (For To By Green Kindness Perpetuity Selfsustainability Always)     18 June 2016

Want to change a proposed road across a field to a bridge.

The authority of a certain land in Delhi has been in question for a long time. RTIs etc did not get any clear picture.

Have a Science Plan to use it for a World Class Campus. The campus, a 1ST of its kind will enable unhindered love, shelter to the uncared creatures by enabling perpetually possible, self sustainable job opportunity for a wide variety of people by new way of applying Science. NOT AN INCH OF LAND CAN BE LOST.

The plan has been discussed with engineers etc. But, the land is controlled by Gvt. An influential contractor has suddenly brought the local MLA & rumors are that he will set his JCBs (Earth movers) on the land to build a road on the land in 1/2 days. Rumors are also that a certain locality that houses low income group people is to be demolished. THESE PEOPLE CAN BE OF GREAT HELP FOR THIS CAUSE (Interenational Campus) & get benefitted. This will upset everything. AM IMMENSELY UPSET, WORRIED.

WANT THE DELHI GVT. (OR WHATEVER AUTHORITY IT BE) TO CHANGE THE ROAD TO A BRIDGE SO THAT THE AREA COULD BE USED BY THE CAMPUS & THE ROAD ALSO COULD RUN THROUGH. WANT URGENT LEGAL ADVICE, HELP FOR THIS PUBLIC CAUSE, HUMANE CAUSE PLEASE, PLEASE.

THE ROAD TO A BRIDGE SO THAT THE AREA COULD BE USED BY THE CAMPUS & THE ROAD ALSO COULD RUN THROUGHWANT URGENT LEGAL ADVICE, HELP FOR THIS PUBLIC CAUSE, HUMANE CAUSE PLEASE, PLEASE.

Who has to decide on what is good for Public, and who has powers to act.  We may have many intentions, but it is the competent authority that has to decide and take ation in larger public interest.  One action may appear proper for one, and it may not appear as such to others.

The only remedy is filing petitions / complaints after obtaining all necessary documents through RTI, and filing  PIL or writ against the authorities in HC.  Contact a competent advocate, as he has to be with you and guide in entire process.

Have understood the message above & sincerely thank Sh. Prasad for the advice.

The problem is, my personal position does not allow me to afford a Lawyer as of now & can do this only after sometime & only if God opens his eyes on the problems that people have created on me. - The secret contractor aspect, MLA aspect has upset all the good work.- Hope a group of Earthmovers do not run over the land, level them off in a day's time & burn up all the well meaning work, blood, toil that has gone in since at least a decade or so.

Have been trying to find out on the issue of ownership since 2013, have posed RTIs etc & am yel to get to even know who is the Competent Authority for the area in question. Multiple bodies, multiple Govts are rumored to be the Authority & there is lot of chaos. The partition has not happened in a clear way.

Sir, 1ST step adviced by you is within my capacity & have taken it. However, I am not able to go beyond that for lack of resources.

This situation is quiet common. You want to help, but have difficulties.

The influential contractor is bent on pocketing the few crores immaterial of what & seems to be in hurry too. What if the MLA changes?

This road never got discussed. No Public Suggestions were taken. No intimation in public spots, news dailies etc. Secret developments have turned in these new worries on this public cause.

Sir, am worried what to do if this contractor rolls his JCBs & finishes the land off in hours. It would be beneficial if you would educate on this.

Immediately visit District Legal Services Authority and seek their aid as the issue is in larger public interest.
