kya immediate divorce mil skta h ya annulment of marriage ho skti h jb shadi.. august last me hui ho,court marriage,certificate me augst last ki date h 2017..but husband jail me h..under ipc 376...kitne immediate annulment ya divorce ho skta h..kya procedure h...

Firstly, you cannot file for Divorce within one year of marriage except under exceptional circumstances i.e. to say that when there is danger to life and limb etc. You can alternatively file for nullifying the Petition on the ground of fraud/ misrepresentation but that depends on various factors.
You can get Divorce on the ground that your husband has been held guilty of rape but that is only after he is convicted, not before that.
