Radha Rani (student)     04 July 2015

Voter card fraud name & driving licence fraud name

A girl gets driving licence (DL) in name of KUMARI KANYA in 2007 while she is unmarried.

In 2008 she changes her name from KUMARI KANYA to VIVAHITA BEHL through affidavit & punjab kesri advertisement (immediately after marriage)

In 2013 she leaves husband & files NCR against using her name as KUMARI KANYA.

Thru this NCR she gets duplicate copy of DL in the name KUMARI KANYA.

Thru this DL she files CAW against husband.

After that she gets VOTER CARD (first time) prepared in the name of KUMARI KANYA on 31st Dec'2013

Then in 2014 January she files DVC & DIVORCE against husband.

MY QUESTIONS??

(1) Can the husband complaint to Voter Card Office by attaching affidavit & newspaper advert of 2008 thru which KUMARI KANYA became VIVAHITA BEHL by asking them what proof they have in their records which prove that she has become KUMARI KANYA back again ?

(2) Can the husband also ask Voter Card Office to initiate this as a CRIMINAL OFFENCE against the wife?

(3) If the husband put a line regarding aadhar card which was prepared by wife in the name VIVAHITA BEHL from husband home in 2012 (this aadhar card is with wife) what all IPC sections & Criminal Offences against the wife can be initiated?

(4) Can the husband also file complaint to RTO ?

(5) Can the husband also file complaint to aadhar card office telling same person two names i.e., different names in aadhar card & voter card ?

(6) If after each such complaint the husband asks action taken report from RTO, VOTER OFFICE & AADHAR OFFICE then what extra trouble wife will have to face?

Legal opinion pls
