My father had purchased a piece of land i(100 gaj) n the year 1991 at Noida through a power of attorney.
That time, power of attorney concept was followed, he expired in the year 2005, however, property registration work, which we call ( Dakhil Kharij) was not done.
My Mother has also been expired in the year 2013.
On that land, as on date, we have made four small rooms & have given on rent.
I would request you to guide what should be the way forward for legalising the property documents. I heard, now a days, property which were purchased through power of attorney are not valid, if Dakhil Kharij not done.
