Hai Sir,

My mother is a christian lady and she married my father on may 14th 1987. MY father was a rich hindu nair man. he died on november 30th 1989. After his death me and my mother didnt went there toask any shares. after 22 years we went their and ask my grand father and  relatives about my property.but they didnt like to give it to me. We heard that my grand father have one 2 floor house and some land property with him.the other family properties shared to other 2 sisters of my father.My father had 2 SISTERS only. We heard that the property now with my grand father is his own self earned property.Family property grand father already shared to the other daughters.

Sir can we have a chance to get my property from grand father.

SEE IF YOUR GRAND FATHER IS STILL ALIVE HE CAN DO AWAY WITH PROPERTY OF HIS IN ANY FASHION HE THINKS FIT. BUT IF THRE IS NO WILL AND THE MARRIAGE WAS REGISTERED THEN A QUESTION OF SHARE COULD BE THERE.
