Very low car parking space in apartment

Dear sir, I purchased a 2BHK 1180 sft flat 2 years ago in secundrabad for 25 lakhs.Builder constructed 12 flats(each floor 3 flats in those One is 1BHK With 700 sft. Total builtup area for apartment is 483 square yards. Additionally he constructed 1 BHK on terrace and sold others. I think this is illigal practice. I am facing the problem that, he has allotted me low space for car parking and 1 BHK Owners also got huge parking space compare to me. I had some doubts are there. Please anybody clarify? 1)how car parking space desides? I mean based on occupancy of flat sft or what? 2)standard car parking size in hyderabad? Please suggest me what shall i do?and where i need to complaint?
