I want to purchase a Flat from builder, when i gone through the agreement of sale document in this it is mentioned that "The VENDOR/DEVELOPER having Development agreement cum GPA (Survey No X/Part admeasuring 1234 Sq.yards) vide Registered document No: XXX/2008 and Rectification deed document No: XXX/2011 Registered at XXX OFFICE, From person name S/o father name and person name S/o father name AGPA holders vide Registered Document bearing No: XXXX/2006, Dated 10/04/2006, Registered at XXX OFFICE, Rangareddy District, are purchased the same through a Registered Sale deed Document bearing No: XXXX/08,XXXX/08,XXXX/08 Dated 28/03/2008, Registered at XXX OFFICE, Ranga Reddy District".Please any body suggest me that is it good to buy flat in the above said apartment.
