We are planning to purchase a open plot. This plot is under a registered Agreement of Sale Cum General Power of Attorney with Possession. It is to be noted that the Vendor is a registered firm with two partners and the AGPA is also a registered firm, represented by its managing partner (this was mentioned in the aforesaid registered AGPA document). Now the following are my queries:
1. Can one of the partners of the Vendor (registered firm having two partners) be a witness in the sale deed?
2. Can one of the partners of the AGPA (registered firm having partners) be a witness in the sale deed?
