Validity to power of attorney after death of one party

 validity to  power of attorney  after death of one party

there is one of the party given power of attorney for proceeding the suit before the court

but deed of power of attorney is not on record and the party who is given power of attorney this frist party also dies

now question is without taking legal heirs on record can power of attorney holder proceed the suit ??????
