If the Agreement made between two parties relating to property in the year 1990 on Stamp paper but the agreement in not notarize. There is any validity period of this agreement also this agreement valid till date or not?

There is no agreement valid without notary. Notary must bears serial number.

Agreement without the Attestation is not valid. As attestation means attesting that the content of agreement is tue and also verifying the signature of both the parties.

Attestation and notary are different things.
There no such validity period for an agreement but according the procedural law it must be done according to law procedure .
