Dear Sir,

Generally Purchase order issued by my client company and invoice given by my company after completing the project (product design services/ Engineering services) to my client company , both will contains few terms and conditions like subjected to Bangalore Jurisdiction, any dispute will be settled by arbitration etc.

What is the validity of these documents?

If any  legal dispute arises bewteen two companies, The dispute is valid within how many years after completing the project?
