There is an order passed by high court
of himachal pradesh that the certificate of 10th and 12th issued by a education board is valid in himachal pradesh.Now same matter is in patna high court about validity of degree in bihar.Is the order passed by himachal pradesh high court will be valid in bihar or not.
can i get degree in favour of my self on the basis of himachal pradesh high court order.
