Sir, i got a deal materialised between two parties, seller had promised me to give commission. I demanded it throughout the deal ( buwyer made the payment in instalment) thru email. Seller never denied my email but he did not reply to those particular emails but was always in conversation thru other emails. Now after receiving whole payment from buyer the seller is refusing to pay my commission.

Even if the contract was not documented in emails - you would have been entitled to recover commission due to you. A contract can be oral as well. In order to recover your commission you can first serve a legal notice to the person, followed by a recovery suit in case he fails to comply. A Contract culminated on emails can be basis of rights and obligations.
