Valid or unvalid of my center obc ncl certificate.

Dear Sir 
  Subject : valid or unvalid of my center OBC NCL certificate.

            I am Vikas Yadav, 26 year .I have been living in  goverment house 

in distict sonebhadra  UP since by birth since my father got job here.My 

all document belongs here as(address proof,center obc) based on current 

address(goverment house ) becuase i do not have any document from my 

parent'distict. but my parent belongs to other distict Azamghar UP .so i 

have filled  gov job form as current address as permanent address . there 

is some  confusion in my mind-

1-goverment checking on my currnet address or permanent address after 

getting goverment job 
2. Is my center  obc certificate  valid as  based on current address(i.e 

goverment house ).

please help me
