Vakalatnama- Mandatory

Dear Experts My wife has filled private complaint case in court under section 323, 498A, 504, 506. She has filled the complaint 1.5 years ago. I did not yet receive the summons. Now I want to get summoning order and order sheet from court. My concern is as under. 1) Is it possible to get these documents without vakalatnana from UP court? 2) If we get it through vakalatnama, is there any risk involved in it? Kindly reply. Thanks for the support.

In your application for certified copy, your signature should be attested by any one of that court area's advocate or notary, that's enough.
