Vacant plots

Sir, I have a flat in Madipakkam and both side of the flats are vacant plots, Whenever it rains the water in the vacant plots overflows in our flats and in normal time it is full of mosquitoes and odd smell comes out of the plots. I have taken up the issue with Corporation and also with Councillor and they are giving any solution to the problem. First they said, they can take action only the owners details are available for the vacant plot. We got the details from registration dept and given to them, now they are not bothered to take any action on plot. I was hesitant to go the owner of the plots as it can backside on me as they can go to the extent of Land grabbing. I want to know Is there is any way to solve the problem? Thanks Ananth

Whether you have given written complaint?  If yes then ask what action taken under the RTI act.  YOu will get the solution.
