VERY DIFICULT TO SOLVE

MY SON IS 2.5 YR NOW I M MARRY AGAIN AFTER DIVORCE FROM 1ST WIFE.NOW I WANT TO CHANGE MY SON`S MOTHER NAME ON HIS 1ST SCHOOL ADMMITION

What about "BIRTH CERTIFICATE" issued by concerned authorities.

You can't proceed for the change as sought.

FRIEND ,HOW MOTHER WILL CHANGE. CAN THE SECOND ONE AGAIN GIVE BIRTH TO YOUR SON.. CAN YOUR WIFE EVEN THOUGHT TO CHANGE YOUR SONS FATHERS NAME.

It is not a problem at all,so as to solve. Mr. Akash. One may have as many fathers and mothers for name sake. But the real and natural father's and mother's names cannot be changed howmuchever you try... :)

name mentioned in birth certificate can't be changed. however you may apply for gazzette in ur state and do the change of name

Birth certificate can't be changed.

This problem probably has arisen because now alongwith father's name, moher's name is also entered at the time of admission.

change of Parent's name on the Birth Certificate is impossible, and school authorities can not proceed for change of parent's name in school record before to change on B/C.

HE CAN'T CHANGE MOTHER NAME BEFORE BOTH THE AUTHORITIES, IT IS IMPOSSIBLE.

I think after the name of new mother the word "adoptive" would be added.
