Hello All, I have changed my name form PALAK JAIN to PALASH JAIN, I have also got the MP Govt gazette notification in the year 2009. Now I want to change the name in all my documents Like Passport, VoterID, PAN Card etc, I want to pursue MBA with new Name PALASH JAIN but all Previous eductaion documents are of PALAK JAIN. how can i get can i get court order for the same as it would be require for to get all my educational documents with new name
and also I want to know would i will be facing any issue while filing US visa if my education documents would be of previous name only and my passport would and PAN card with new name
