Use of the common passage leading to the garage

I have a 2 year lease rent agreement of the first floor of a two storied house with my landlord who also has a long lease rentee at the ground floor.

The ingress and egress of my hired garage is a common space and is often blocked by the long lease rentee of the ground floor and they are demanding that I should put their car out and in whenever I need my car .

Is it a normal practice at  FD block of salt lake kolkata and what are the relevant prevalent  rules .

This really depends on the mutual understanding but legally the right to common passage in such case can either be altered through the lease agreement and otherwise it would be your equal right.
