I am the defendant in this case. i have got some new evidence and facts, so I want to amend written statement. My advocate is saying to do it after filing my affidavit in chief. Is this the correct procedure? I want to do it immediately before i give file my chief affidavit. pls help me urgently so that i can accordingly request to my advocate.
