Respected colleagues
Kindly aid me with respect to a problem im facing. In case, there are several plaintiffs who have been individually wronged by one particular builder . But all of them met the said builder through different brokers. Can I maintain a representative suit with one plaintiff suing on behalf of all the allottees of the builder? I intend to implead the brokers as defendants as well to create jurisdiction at my preferred forum.
