Please could you advice...
My brother is planning for a divorce on the basis of miconduct by the girl. at this moment he sent his wife home.. now we are contemplating on various senerios that we may encounter -a false498a being one of them and hence need clarification on the follwing please...
1) we were given to understand that supreme court has passed a new law under which family members of the boy will not be arrested... is that true..if it is not what precauctions should we take to keep them safe.
2)I am planning to call my brother to UK on a visit visa (sort of a sheild from a false case and jail ) Now i was also given to undersatnd that one cannot travel after reciving anticpiatory bail is that true.. will leaving the country haunt him as a bad move.
3) Can you take an anticpatory bail for the whole family and if yes how much does it cost in Hyderabad.
