Urgent case

I need some suggestions for my friends..she is 23 lives in Ratlam in M.P. she is facing mental harrasment from her ex bf..he is continuously torturing her blackmail her to spoil her life ..Nd even tells disgraceful thinga to her friend and family .she has filled complaint also but police freed him by giving a warning ..That boy tries his best to break her marriage in every case ..what should we do for a peaceful life

Now most of the state Govt formed SHE teams, either she or any responsible guardian /friend on her behalf may meet concerned Police officials of more than DSP / ASP rank on a grievance day with such minimum / prima facie proofs so that he may be given counselling by the Police (It includes tapping his phones and observing his movements)
