Upsc or ias employement for person with criminal case pendin

a person has criminal case pending in session court . can he appear for upsc exams and even be employed as ias officer or any post through upsc or mpsc exams ?

Once if the crime is proved on you only you cant be selected otherwise no problem

Not agreed.

 

One cannot be allowed to join with pending criminal case.
