After 8 long years of legal dispute, my flat has been released from Mortgage but banker refuses to furnish clear NOC stating it is not required in my case as Mortgage deed has not be registered with concerned sub registrar.
Can somebody cite me relevant law as per which I can demand NOC from banker
Is No Due Certificate and No Objection Certificate one and same, esp with past history of legal dispute in property.
