Myself Mahesh kumar working in government department from last 02 years at the time of joining I did not added my degree certificate because at that time I had not received my degree from my college but my final degree result was came at that time.After joining (date of joining - 05.05.2014) once they had opened my service book at that time I had given my degree certificate with request letter ,and that letter is forwarded by my officer in charge ,Now when i write to my authority for addition of this degree to my Service book they are getting confused and from last two months they had not moved my file just put my application into my personal file and AAO refused to add my degree in service book and also he is not giving any Written reply that why he will not add my degree in my service book. What should I do?
