Up-gradation of educational qualification.

Respected, i being an employee (Clerk) of PSU would like to know whether there is any provision for inclusion of higher education is service book at belated stage on the following ground? a) en employee prior to the entry in service completed his/her 1st year qualification (M. Sc.) but he/she did not inform the concerned authority, however, he/she has/had obtained extraordinary leave for 3 (three) months through proper channel for appearing before the Final Exam of M.Sc. Part-II. (b) Now after a prolonged gap of 10(ten) years he/she prayed for inclusion of Master degree. I am earnestly request you to guide us whether in view of the above facts the incumbent person can be entertained for inclusion of his/her educational qualification in service book at this belated stage or not. You have done mistake that you have concealed from your employer about appreance in exam,; Seems you have taken leave for some other grounds/

Then upon qualifying the exam you did not informed the department about your rise in qualification, now after ten years you want to get your qualification recognised ,it is not possible that your department to accept that.

However if you want to try your luck just make a request/represantation to your supervisor and state everything correctly and see if they accept,If they don' accept you can file a writ petition just u can try
