Unregistered property

Hi Expert ,

We have purchased a house in  2007 thru a Sale Deed duly notarized by the Notary Public, we have paid sale  amount in cash and hold  Rs 50000/- towards non payment of  House Tax and other taxes by the Owner, The Same was to be paid after clearance of all taxes.

Now the Owener of the Property died and still we have not registered our property

Please sugesst,

whether the Owner 's legal heir ( His Son) can claim the properlty or they have any right to claim so ?

Are we in a back foot, or we have the ligal right on the property

Please acknowledge my sincere thank in advance

Regards

:)Dear client  since you have only notarise paper, and this paper is not suficient to show you are owner of said property, first  negosiate with the legal heir of the said property if they not conveinced then you need to file a suit in court for possession and declaration , after court order you will get your propety right, soon,

Thanks,

please note, we are staying in the same house since 2007,

All the Electricity and Water bill are in the name of my Father, but in the muncipal record owner name is still existing since we have not register the property yet.

first let the legal heir take the certificate and transfer on your name if he requires any help provide and do not argue with him and settle the matter before it goes of your hand

because the acutual owner is no more and his son has every right on the property and the property you have purchased is only notarised which is not registered so have patience and cooperate with him to transfer the process on your name as soon as possible and if he disagrees then go to court
