my father is a 79 year old person.he had entered into an agreement regarding sale of land in 2015,but the conditions could not be met within the given period of time the agreement got cancelled as it was not a registered agreement he had to file an agreement in 2017 for legally cancelling the agreement.the land is unapproved so he could not sell it to the said party. the same party wants to buy the land they are asking for compromise so that they can buy the land .the case has become exparte case .what should my father do should he compromise and sell the land to them for the price they want or wait for judgement to come.
