Unpaid leave

Unpaid leave belongs to an extra ordinary leave criteria in Indian Corporate and organisation's head having this right to decide it as per situation either its medical or service relates or whatsoever. 
 

Obviously this is customised for you reason being in very simple ways in the case of unsatisfactory performance, an organisation should terminate its employee but i am considering your efforts and giving you a chance for reinstate your job after some time in same organisation.

Please me is it true or not?

This is all about Unpaid leave policy which given by my company. i just want to know is it right or not please suggest me sir ?
