Hi concerns!!
my boyfriend is living super aye from his wife for last 8 + years and he has just in 2015 Jan filed a divorce case which is an expartee as his ex wife is absconding and despite all attempts she is not traceable.
we have been in livin relationship now for over a year and plan to marry after the divorce is attained but in this period my boyfriend happens to be in UK for a job project and I too want to be with him ASAP. I have been visiting him for last 2 months for long stay on my tourist visa which just got expired I would like to know that is there any visa category wherein I can go and be with him as if I happen to visit again on tourist visa the immigration officer may suspect to be a immigrant . I need to be in the UK with him by law and hence seek valuable insights to proceed.
