Unilateral gift deed cancellation

Dear Sir

I want to file a case regarding "unilaterlal Registered unconditional gift deed " by my inlaws. My advocate advises me to file a case against my inlaws, but I am of the view if I file a case aginast the Sub registrar to declare the cancellation "null and void" will be easier and faster.

Please advise as soon as possible.

Sir,

You have to seek the cancellation of the gift deed through the concerened court, there are many judgements to this effect .

Against party who effected unilateral cancellation as D1 and making Sub register party to it  as D2.
