My client was giving evidence in the court in examination in chief. The tpyist erroneously typed the name of accused not what was said by my client. After giving evidence he signed his statement. Now we got the copy of his statement and found this error. Under which provision can i cure thiis clrerical mistake.

there is no such provision for the alreration or change of statement giving during the evidence.
