I have purchase a property in under construction project. Project consists of two towers, One for existing rehab tenants and other for sale purpose. Its been arroung 7 years now, i am waiting to get possesion, secondlyexisting rehab trenants also havent received possesion from last 10 years
Now the rehab tenants are changing the builder based on breach of contract, then please let me know what will happen to my rights.
