Dear Learned Friends,
There have been two instances where a Bank has debited available balance in a couple's savings bank account and credited to their employer's account at the behest of their employer but without either account holders' authorisation to do so. Repeated requests to the banker to credit back the transferred funds has been of no help.
The account holders intend to approach Consumer Court against the Bank for redressal.
In order to support their case, may I humbly request learned friends in this group to provide settled cases against such arbitrary transfer of funds without the consent of account holders please. I will be immensely thankful for this.
