Unapproved plot

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have purchased 5 plots each 1000 sq.ft from a Realtor by 2011. He promised orally as panchayat approval is under progress. He sold out more than 2000 plots in that area still now the plots are not approved. how to handle this. Is there any new rule or scheme from Tamilnadu govt for getting approval. Please advise.

The Tamil Nadu government has launched a website to help people avail the regularisation of the unapproved layouts scheme. Owners of unauthorised plots across the state should register on the portal www.tnlayoutreg.in before November 3, 2017.
