Hi,
I bought a flat from a builder. As per initial plan provided by builder while purchasing , 9 houses were planned. But later during handover time he built 2 more houses additionally and kept with him. When I went back to him, he told he got approval for 2 more flats now and hence he built it. Now I have to check the approval details.This flat got handed over to me nearly an year back .
Below are few queries
- In case he got approval,then can I register a criminal case against him for cheating me .As initial plan shown to me for purchase is not done.
- In case he didn't get approval is it advised to go legally against him. What will be the actions.Problem is, I dont want any distruction in building as it might impact my flat as well.
Pls share your advise.
