Ulc

We have purchased a open land of 2 acres from AP HIGH COURT in open auction conducted by its official liquidator in the year 2003. and sale deed was also executed by highcourt in our court.

in the sale deed the it was written that court is not a person / any person appointed by court to sell the peoperty hence the schedule property hereby sold will not affect the ULC Act.,

we have filed for building permission to breater hyderabad we got a reply that this surver no. in there in ulc hence please get noc from ulc office.

we finally went to ulc office they said as per records this land is excess land and 10(3) issued means land already aquired by thsi office.

please suggest the way.

GO TO A.P. HIGH COURT and submit the facts.

Your lawyer should be able to guide you because he has the first hand information about the entire incidence.
