DEAR ALL THIS IS REQUESTED TO ALL OF YOU KINDLY GIVE YOUR VALUABLE OPINION ON THE BASIS OF FOLLOWING GROUNDS; 1-THAT THE PROPERTY SALE DEED HAS BEEN MADE BETWEEN THE PARTIES ON 3RD MAY 1989 IN THE NAME OF TWO PERSON 2-THAT THE PROPERTY IS SITUATED IN PROPER CITY 3-THAT THE SALE DEED HAS BEEN MADE ONLY 4 DISMIL BUT THE TOTAL AREA OF THE PROPERTY IS APPROXIMATE 16 DISMIL. 4-THAT AS PER BOUNDARIES MENTIONED IN SALE DEED ALL 16 DISMIL AREA IS COVERED OR OCUPIED BY BUYER BUT REGITRY HAS BEEN MADE ONLY 4 DISMIL 5-THAT AS PER BOUNDARIES MENTIONED IN SALE DEED ALL 16 DISMIL AREA IS IN OUR POSSESION AS PER SELLER PERMISSION SINCE REGISTRY TIME TO TILL DATE.IT MEANS FROM APPROXIMATE 23 YEARS AGO 6-THAT NO ANY OBJECTION OR OBSTRUCTION HAS BEEN OCCURED BY ANY PERSON AGAINST REMAINING AREA OF THE PROPERTY ON THE BASIS OF AFORESAID GROUNDS KINDLY GIVE YOUR OPINION ON FOLLOWING QUESTIONS, 1-HOW CAN BE THE LEGAL OWNER OF THE WHOLE PROPERTY? 2-CAN WE SELL THE WHOLE PROPERTY LEGALLY?
