1- What is the proceedure and from where it can be obtain ,if possible supply to me in reespect of Letter Petition Sent through e-mail ?
2- Whether the Contempt Petition can be said 'dismissed' on basis of following order ...........
" We see no merit in the Contempt Petition .That will not preclude any other remeady that is available to the petitioner. The Contempt Petition is accrdingly disposed of. Notice will stand discharged." Notice was issued to me ........as under..........Suo Moto Contempt .......
" Issue notice against the petitioner to show cause why he should not be punished for making scandlous allegations against sitting Judges of the High Court , officials of the High Court including the Attorney General of this Court."
