U/s 308 ipc

my question is - complainant is unable to give evidence against the accused person due to the injury sustained by him  during the assault .can the eye witness's evidence  is sufficient to  sent the accused behind the bar?is the statement of other witness is sufficient to prove its case for prosecution ?

Depends on reliability of the testimony of witness in the view of the court and the discretion of the court....

the eye witness's evidence  is sufficient to  sent the accused behind the bar and the statement of other witness is sufficient to prove its case for prosecution too.
