What are the timescales & deadlines that need to be taken care of u/s 138 case.
- Presentation of Cheque in The Bank.
- Time within which the Notices needs to be send.
- Time within which a case can be registered u/s 138.
Q. Is there a time limit for the case to be filed after the notices are sent within correct timeframe.?
Q. In State of Maharashtra Stamp Duty of 2% is required. Is it possible to just file the case without paying stamp duty, with a request to pay at later stage. (so that it can be filed within timeframe).
