Typed document-high court

Friends,

I have filed appeal in High Court for family matter. Iam the Appellant.

My advocate is saying that xerox copies of depositions in the case needs to be typrd because registrar is insisting got typed depositions?

Is it possible?

Why High Court will ask typed documents instead of CA documents from lower Court?

Another help. My advocate is saying that if he certifies the said typed documents, High Court will accept.

Is it so?

I urge you to please help me by providing information on the above situations. Iam fully confused.

Yes, your lawyer has rightly asked you to do so., it is the High Court procedure, Records N Proceedings are called later, until the typed documents are gone throught for stay and admission purpose
