Two wheeler patking

I am staying in a co-op. Hsg. Soc.., IN RENT from more than 33 months. Earlier I parked My Two wheeler in society compound. But last from many months soc. Declare new rule that not to allow parking for Two wheeler who is staying in rent. I accepted the rule and parked our two wheelers outside the society compond. But last from some time we are facing very big problems of parking outside of soc. Like Petrol theafting, Seating un known persons on scooter and defecting scooter and recently RTO towing scooter.
