Two post carrying same duties and responsibility but differe

Respected Sir,

We are the Government Officer, I have required suggestions from your end for "Two different post carrying the same duties and responsibilities but difference between the salary is huge, basically(half)". We are also requesting for another suggestion i.e our qualification is technical qualification but we are not getting any additional facilities for this.

Please send me the suggestion.
