Two degree at once

Dear Sir,

I am BA, MBA in Finance in 2011 but my resume had been getting rejected by MNCs in absense of B.Com Degree so I did my B.Com in 2013. There is a clash in 2011 between both degrees.  

Please let me know if I cannot show my both degrees simulteneously in resume. Is it a crime?
