I am planning to purchase 2 or 3 gunthe of agri land from a land developer in maan village, pune, Maharashtra.
The developer said 7/12 will have combined name of all plot owners and it will be possible for me, to sell my plot independently without consent of other plot owners.
One of my builder friend told me under tukada bandi kayda, its not possible to sell agri land below 10 guntha. but the plot developer says, such restriction is there for gat number land and not for land having survey numbers.
Whom should I believe?
