We are a HR and Consultancy firm, where we had a TTML PRI line till December 2012 at a commercial premises, later we were suppose to shift to the new premises in the same lane in the same city from January 2013 for which we had requested TTML in December 2012 to provide the services in the new premises, later few days earlier to shifting they claimed that our new premises are not feasible to provide the services.
Hence we wrote the in the month of Jan 2013 to terminate the services with immediate effect, and opted for the other service provider. our termination of services were obliged by TTML in the month of march 2013 and sent the bill of amount for the premises from where we have already moved out and didn't used the services at all.
TTML sent recovery agent for 2 to 3 times and we provided them all the mail trails to consider the fact that how a payment be made that the despite being applied for the termination of the service they delayed to acknowledge and second for the period for which they raised a bill, we had already vacated that place.
Now they are sending us a legal notice to recover the so called bill amount.
