1.  If  DV case is pending, file an application for not dispossession of property.  Another application for surrender of passport.

2.  If stri-dhan case u/s. 406 IPC, or S.498-A dowry harassment case is pending, move application for surrender of passport.

Thank you all for d advice.pl suggest d cost for cancelling bail / surrender passport application filing.

In DVC orders were filed, but he appealed.

i have also filed 406 in 498a.

Pl suggest d expenditure in filing d same.
