Dear Coleagues,
I would like to know what is legal regime for trusts in India. can a foreiner participate in a trust? what are the legal requirements to incorporate a trust? How long it takes and how much could it cost? Is it possible to have a social charitable activity through the trust? If not, what would be other legal figures existing in India to do a charitable work? Thank you very much!!!! Regards

The law book containing the Indian trust act may be read fully and properly to undestand the answers sought for here to open a trust.
